Bookhouse External rental

Bookhouse can now offer their customers the opportunity to rent out their houses to the members of other holiday funds.

The function is quite simple. Under each property can now be put that one the property must be made available to other holiday funds.

Once this feature is enabled, it is possible to specify which groups it should have the property available to. This can be another holiday fund or an association of funds.

These groupings are created even under portal groupings.

It also defines when the rental period of the house is to be made available. This can be a number of days before the booking period or after the draw.

Bookhouse itself activates the rental on the other portals. All payments are still made through the property's original portal.
